ABX Corporate Governance

The governance structure of ABX consists of a number of sub-committees, all of which report to the ABX Board of Directors (“the Board”) through their respective senior committees.


The senior committees include:
  • Executive Committee
  • Operational Committee
  • Nomination Committee
  • Corporate Governance, Compliance and Enforcement Committee.
The terms of reference for the below mentioned committees and panels are available to download from the Corporate Governance section of the ABX website.

The terms of reference detail the composition of each committee and the procedures for the appointment of the chairman and other members of each committee.
